We work with specialized freight carriers to ensure your boat trailers, parts, and equipment arrive safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines prior to completing your purchase.
1. Processing Times
Standard Parts & Accessories: Orders for in-stock parts and accessories typically process and dispatch within 1–3 business days.
Pre-Assembled & Custom Trailers: Built-to-order or custom-configured trailers require an estimated 5–10 business days for final assembly, quality inspection, and transport booking.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Methods
Freight Delivery (Trailers & Oversized Items):
Assembled trailers and large structural components ship via flatbed or specialized heavy freight carriers.
Residential Delivery: Freight carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Delivery is curb-side or to a paved driveway accessible by a large tractor-trailer.
Commercial Delivery: Requires a commercial address with an unloading dock or forklift on-site.
Standard Ground Shipping (Parts & Accessories):
Small parts, winches, lights, and hardware ship via standard parcel carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, or DHL).
3. Freight Delivery Requirements & Customer Responsibilities
Accessibility: You must ensure the delivery location is accessible to a standard 53-foot freight truck. If your location is unreachable (e.g., narrow roads, low branches, unpaved surfaces), you may need to arrange pickup at the local carrier terminal.
Unloading: Customers are responsible for offloading heavy freight items unless liftgate service was specifically requested and purchased at checkout.
Inspection Upon Delivery (CRITICAL):
You must inspect the shipment thoroughly before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL).
Note any visible frame scratches, missing parts, or structural damage directly on the driver’s paperwork.
Take clear photos of any damaged items immediately.
Signing the BOL without noting damage relieves the freight carrier of liability.
4. Shipping Rates & Calculations
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on total weight, dimensions, distance, and chosen delivery method:

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details or freight carrier contact information to track your shipment in real time.
6. Address Changes & Redelivery Fees
Address changes requested after dispatch may incur carrier reconsignment fees.
If a delivery appointment is missed or the carrier cannot deliver due to restricted access, any resulting redelivery or storage charges will be billed to the customer.
