  • Trailer Fitment: You are responsible for verifying your boat’s length overall (LOA), beam, dry weight, and total wet weight (including engines, fuel, and gear) prior to purchase.

  • Product Imagery: Visual representations, diagrams, and images of boat trailers or parts are for illustrative purposes. Final specifications, colors, and components may vary slightly based on manufacturing updates.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product model, accessory, or technical specification without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in the default store currency and are subject to change without notice.

  • Prices do not include applicable local taxes, registration fees, title fees, or freight/shipping charges unless explicitly stated.

  • Orders are processed only upon successful payment authorization. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing due to typographical errors.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Freight

  • Heavy Freight Items: Boat trailers and large accessories ship via heavy freight. Delivery is made to the shipping address provided at checkout, provided it is accessible to freight carrier vehicles.

  • Inspection Upon Receipt: You must inspect all shipments for physical damage or missing components before signing the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL). Any damage must be noted directly on the shipping paperwork.

  • Redelivery Fees: Additional fees resulting from incorrect shipping addresses, missed delivery appointments, or restricted delivery locations are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Title, Registration & VIN

  • Certificates of Origin, Bills of Sale, and Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) for trailers will be processed and dispatched according to applicable local laws upon full payment settlement.

  • It is your sole responsibility to register, title, license, and insure the trailer in accordance with your local municipal or national transport authorities.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Trailer Returns: Due to regulatory, titling, and transport requirements, boat trailers that have been titled, registered, or immersed in water are non-returnable.

  • Standard Parts & Accessories: Unused parts in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to restocking fees and return shipping charges.

  • Order Cancellations: Custom trailer builds or special-order configurations are subject to cancellation fees once production or assembly has commenced.

7. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

  • Products are backed by the manufacturer’s specified limited warranty (covering structural frames, axles, winches, or finish). Wear-and-tear items such as tires, brake pads, and light bulbs are governed by specific wear-item terms.

  • Warranties are voided by improper loading, exceeding Gross Vehicle Weight Ratings (GVWR), unauthorized structural modifications, or failure to perform routine maintenance (e.g., fresh water rinses, bearing repacking).

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of vehicle use, towing fees, or marine launch delays) arising from product use.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
