Authorized Payments: Payments must be processed securely through approved methods, including cashier’s checks, wire transfers, approved financing, or major credit cards as accepted by our dealership.
Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or reservation at our discretion (e.g., due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or financing failure).
Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD and exclude applicable state and local sales taxes, title fees, license registration fees, and documentation charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Pickup: Customers are responsible for picking up their trailers from our designated location or arranging third-party freight transport.
Towing Compliance: The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that their towing vehicle is properly equipped, rated, and legally compliant (including hitch class, wiring, and gross vehicle weight ratings) to tow the purchased trailer safely.
Risk Transfer: The risk of loss, damage, or liability transfers entirely to the customer the moment the trailer is hitched and leaves our lot or is loaded onto a transport vehicle.
Final Sale Policy: Due to the nature of motor vehicle and trailer sales, all trailer purchases are final once titled, registered, or driven off the lot.
Defects and Exceptions: Any discrepancies regarding accessories or verified manufacturing defects must be reported immediately. Please refer to our Refund Policy for specific guidelines on parts or eligible accessory returns.
New trailers are typically covered by the original manufacturer’s limited warranty. Terms, duration, and coverage specifics vary by brand and are provided at the time of sale.
